Qualification Requirements:
- MSc/MA degree in Information Technology, English Language, or related fields
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the shipping and forwarding industry
- Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage shipping and freight forwarding activities
- Support and maintain IT systems related to logistics operations
- Ensure smooth communication and data flow within the organization
Skills and Competencies:
- Good communication and teamwork ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of networking, databases, and system administration is an advantage
